Summary: Room was lovely, hotel spaces and amenities were beautiful, the staff were very kind, warm and helpful, and the location was fantastic - tucked away from the medina. Extremely happy with our stay!

Summary: The staff were really friendly, from the pick up from the airport to the check out they were always on hand to help. The place was was amazing, the atmosphere, the rooms style and layout was relaxing and full of character. The shower was powerful, felt like you were showering in cave. They give you a smart phone which is really unique , so you can navigate your way through the markets. its far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to it. Check in was very relaxed, they offered me a cup of mint tea and a sweet biscuit, the courtyard is beautifully decorated and radiates a relaxed atmosphere :) They provided towels, robes and slippers, tea and coffee are provided, there is a fridge in the room too. Showergel shampoo are there too, you can walk to the fruit stalls in old Marrakech , there are an array of restaurants and coffee places in walking distance. My favourite part of the room is the reading nook, its cosy and helps you to unwind and relax. I love they have NO TV, its a place to dissconnect and enjoy being around a different culture. Most of all the staf and people of Marrakech are the most friendliest people i have met, every person i met in Marrakech was nothing but warm and welcoming :) apart from the men screaming at you at the fruit juice stand in the Medina lol Thank you Angsana for the warm welcome and comfort on my Birthday Trip :) x

Summary: The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc.

Summary: Fabulous first visit to Marrakech. We stayed in the Road si Said and were met in the nearby parking area on arrival. The Road arranged our return airport transfers which was smooth and hassle free. Despite arriving early, our room was ready for us and whilst we enjoyed a truly delightful mint tea and Moroccan pastry platter as we checked in, our luggage was swiftly taken to our room. Throughout our stay, the staff could not have been better. They were attentive and friendly. The food was excellent - it was such a nice change to have the opportunity to try local specialties for breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice was out of this world! The location of our Riad was ideal - a stone’s throw from the chaos of the medina yet the Riad was a haven of peace and tranquility. Would thoroughly recommend!
