Positive: location was quiet, but still close to the center.

Negative: I usually don’t write bad reviews, but my experience at Millas House wasn’t great. As I arrived and payed for my twin room with shared bathroom, the receptionist told me that there is someone currently in my room, and if I wanted to share that room with that person. I told her that no, I booked a private, then she told me that no problem and put me in a room with 3 single bed. One day she came up to me and said if I could hand over one blanket from one of the beds in my room. I went to my room and got the blanket, turned out that she wanted to get the blanket by herself, because now “I ruined the bed and gave her double work”. They also didn’t have hot water everyday, and my room was super cold.

Positive: Everything was great. Location is close to center and good supermarket. The host is very friendly and attentive. The room is clean and all spaces were super clean. Breakfast was nice.

Negative: I liked everything.

Positive: Good location. Clean and comfortable beds/room. Nice and solicitous staff.

Negative: Breakfast is very poor. Bathrooms are not comfortable as they lack toilet seats, shower curtains, anti-slippery rugs, bathroom rugs. Blankets are too heavy.

Positive: Clean property, very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Location is also great: 2 min from a grocery store and a few restaurants and 10 min from the plaza where tours are dropped.

Negative: A few things could be written/communicated better in the post about the property: 1. Towel is not included and paid apart (very reasonable fee, but it would be nice to have this written in the post so that we are aware) 2. Payment should be through cash (I didn’t know and didn’t take cash, so they accepted card after I said that it wasn’t written). It would also be great to have that informed in advance 3. The room I booked was not specified that it was a dorm or shared bedroom (not in the English version). It was a 2 twin bedroom. When I arrived I was informed it was shared. After I explained to the staff, they didn’t put anyone to share with me. But setting the expectations properly in the post, help to avoid this back and forth.

Summary: Clean, great location and friendly staff. However, needs to improve the details on the post to make things clear

Positive: Very nice small homestay hôtel. Extremely nice, helpful and flexible owner. Clean room, clean toilet. 5-10 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. 15 minutes in taxi to the airport.

Negative: Sometimes there is not enough pressure of water in the shower. Some windows open to noisy street.

Summary: Very good option to stay in the center of Cuzsco
