Positive: 2nd time in this property after 6 years and it’s still absolutely delightful. It is comfortable, clean, cozy and has the best outlook across Bergamo. It’s also wonderful that breakfast is provided in the form of croissants, a whole load of bread, tea, coffee etc.
Negative: Not the property’s fault but there is limited parking. Some of the soft drinks were complimentary a few years ago. This doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Finally, the check in details seems a little bit overboard. You need to upload your passport and fill in quite a whole lot of information. I do think that’s slightly excessive.

Positive: Every little detail was taken care of. From a shaving kit to some snacks and teas including proper sized tea mugs. Fantastic bed and cover. Easy to find, clear instructions and communication and such stunning views!
Negative: Nothing comes to mind.
Summary: Very relaxing as everything was so pleasing to the eye and very comfortable.

Positive: It was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, not to mention a spectacular view from the balcony!
Negative: The only downside is that the living room vas a little bit dark during the rainy day, but it doesn’t bother that much.
