Positive: The flat was awesome. Beautiful interior, large rooms, comfortable beds, all the facilities you may need. The location was great, but for the first time a little dificult to find. but after that very convenient, we were going to Forum and Bus terminal by walk. There were some markets, cafes near there.

Negative: There is a mark about the 24 hour front desk, but almost never is there anyone. When we arrived we could not enter for 15-20 minutes. Our driver phoned to them and someone arrived after 15 minutes. We were there 3 nights and there he was only 2 times in reception. So, just keep its mind that you may need to call them for first time to enter in the hotel.

Positive: one of the best places I’ve stayed didn’t expect much as price was very affordable but I was pleasantly surprised how good it was, the view was also very beautiful, very comfortable and cozy!

Negative: pretty much view was what I loved the most but also all the appliances and beds and room were setup for comfort.

Summary: will not look for any other place when I’m back in Trabzon. definitely going back to them again.
