Positive: Very nice host met us exactly at the time we agreed. Everything was absolutely clean. Apartments are very cozy and nice. You have everything you need to stay. I would suggest to have a coffee machine, but it is not a problem at all - there are many places to take your coffee around. The host helped us with the parking lot as there is quite enough space to park in the yard.
