The manor is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and the coastal cliff-path. Ocean Reeds 4 accommodates 4 (the main house only). Ocean Reeds 4 has quality features throughout and will meet the needs of all discerning holiday makers. It is ideal for couples or business travellers. Come and explore the beautiful Hermanus!
The house boasts two spacious lounge areas with large fireplaces, an open plan kitchen and scullery, a 6 seater dining room table, two bedrooms with bathrooms, a private braai area and an expansive garden patio with wooden flooring, facing House 2. The house also has a smart tv with full Dstv and Netflix. The kitchen/scullery has all amenities provided with gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer, bar fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and blender. The main en-suite bedroom comprises a queen-size bed with ceiling fan. The bathroom has a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and an adjoining bathroom with shower.
The courtyard area enables private relaxation and entertainment, or much needed quiet reflection. An alarm system secures the property and up to 4 cars can be parked in the driveway. Other services include uncapped wifi across the property and power back-up via solar / inverter system. An outdoor hot/cold shower is available for washing after beach visits.
NOTE: House 2 is vacant and locked during occupation of Ocean Reeds 4.
