Architect Chuck Wright and Builder Salty Dog have created a new building with old time Apalachicola charm.It has a full kitchen and dining area, living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom artfully furnished with antiques throughout. King size bed in bedroom with queen sized comfortable couch in living area. The outside deck faces east where you can enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee. Amenities include free WiFi , Smart TV, full size washer and dryer . Basics such as paper products and laundry soap are included. Daily maid service is not included. Access is by stairwell from Commerce street or via your own private spiral staircase from the back. 2 Night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay for local events and holidays. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, this is a non-smoking residence. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Summary: I was overjoyed with our suite. The furnishings were tasteful, the room size was comfortable & the suite was well appointed. I can’t say enough about the location! We were in the middle of the action and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance.

Summary: This was our first trip to Apalachicola. This rental unit was amazing! So quaint, clean, spacious for a 1 bedroom and the location was superb! Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. Donna was so friendly and readily available. We had no problems whatsoever, but if we had she was right there to help. We want to come back to this rental and enjoy Apalachicola again!
