Casa Dena is a newer 4000sf beachfront home in Paraiso Tankah with private pool, spacious patios and balconies. This Luxurious 4 bedroom home will provide you with one of the best vacations in the Riviera Maya.

The wonderful Waterfall Pool in front of the house gives you a relaxing area to layout or keep cool, while you enjoy the sights and sounds of the jungle surroundings. Located across from the pool is the BBQ area where you can prepare your meal just the way you like it, with an easy to use gas grill and plenty of counter space.
The large Granite kitchen area has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, or let Armando and Daisy our live in cooks prepare you some of their best dishes. We suggest using Riviera Maya Groceries and have your fridge fully stocked upon arrival. Enjoy the complimentary drinks, guacamole, and salsa prepared for your arrival and explore your new home away.
The living room was designed to flow with the kitchen and dining area keeping everyone involved in conversations throughout the home. The dining area seats eight with an additional six bar seats around the large kitchen island, or if you prefer take your meal to the patio and enjoy the ocean breeze.
Casa Dena has three Master suites each with king size beds. Bedroom 4 has two double beds for larger parties or makes a great room for the kids, with plenty of extra room for setting up the inflatable mattress or our portable crib (available upon request). All bedrooms are air conditioned, with private Marble baths and large balconies with full Ocean Views.
Relaxing at Casa Dena is made easy with several lounge chairs located pool and beach side, a large Palapa on the beach provides plenty of shade for taking a siesta in one of the colorful hammocks. On the roof we have designed a wonderful seating area for watching the sunrise, working on your tan, stargazing, or throwing a roof party.

Summary: Casa Dena felt like home away. It was great for both the kids and adults. We were able to make our own food and also utilize Armando and Daisy to make us delicious food. The ocean breeze/ front was the highlight for me!

Summary: Casa Dena is a lovely home that was a perfect way to spend time with friends for our 60th birthdays. It is located right on the beach, where we sat and watched the waves for hours on end. The home is well-appointed, with ocean views from every room. The caretakers, Armando and Daisy, were extremely attentive and prepared delicious meals for us. We felt like queens! The only reason I gave the property four stars is because there was an intermittent problem with the electricity throughout our stay, resulting in a lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and poor sleep. This issue was out of their control, as the entire area was being affected, but it did put a damper of our experience. There was a generator available and this was helpful, but could only be used a few hours a day and did not power the air conditioners. Communication and responsiveness from the hosts were excellent. We especially appreciated that they provided us with a partial refund without hesitation. I highly recommend this property for your trip to Tulum. Just check with them to ensure the area is no longer having problems with the electricity and it will be absolutely perfect!

Summary: Great place for 4 couples--good private and shared spaces. Loved being on the roof and eating breakfast outside. Enjoyed walking the beach & the hammocks on the beach. Very clean, felt very safe. And found a great restaurant down the road at the Alea Hotel. DEFINITELY need a car here, as most cool spots are 30-45+ min away. Would suggest better quality on towels and linens, and more hanging hooks in bathrooms. Quality of chef cooked meals was OK, but nothing special.

Summary: Overall it was a great place to stay. Caretakers awesome and communication with owners also great. Nice layout for big group. Only downside was that it was a bit far out of town so you definitely need a car or plan on paying a bit for taxis.

Summary: I was extremely pleased with the beautiful view and the outstanding hospitality shown by Armando and Daisy. We felt as though they were family after the first day. They were gracious hosts and attended to every need. We opted for meals to be prepared and they did not disappoint. Daisy was excellent with the children and they grew attached to her. My grandson would wake up and ask for Daisy and Armando. The property managers were excellent as well. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and it was very much appreciated. Summary: We loved staying at Casa Dena. It was a perfect house with everything you would need. Walking straight onto the beach from the back door was the best. We all enjoyed so much. We will definitely try to go back again.

Summary: Property is great. Only has A/C in the bedrooms but you didn't need it in the house with the cool breeze. Private beach was great. We had massages in house and on the deck. Kitchen was well equipped. Casa Cenote was just down the road and was amazing. Great restaurants on that road as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I had a very great stay and the staff at casa Dena went above and beyond to make sure my stay was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend getting a few meals cooked because Armando is a fabulous chef! When you are arriving just know u drive far down passed the cenote. I had a little problem finding the place at first but with that note I think you will find it as u are driving through! The owner Steve was quick to respond when I couldn’t find it which was very helpful! Overall I would stay there again! Very clean and spacious!
