Summary:
Stunning private studio nestled on the banks of the prestigious Irondequoit Bay. Enjoy the Peace and tranquility of lake living but the convenience of being so close to downtown Rochester. This property has a gorgeous bay view! Perfect stop over for local events or a weekend getaway. No local guests, property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.
The Space:
This apartment is located with lake access and is very private from where I live.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. During the summer months it is excellent for watersports and boating.
Other Things to Note:
Access to the gym is located on the bottom floor of the unit that you’re staying in. Go out the door you came in then go right down the steps. You should come to another landing after going around a corner with another door to your right. The gym is through that door. Outdoor areas by the water are shared with other booking guests in my other Airbnbs as well as myself

I will be living on the property in the main house for the duration of your stay and can be a short walk away to answer any questions.

Summary: Cute studio overlooking the bay. Close to everything. The hosts were friendly and responsive. This will definitely be our place to stay next time we visit my daughter.

Summary: This house was beautiful, and the scene was breathtaking. Walking down to the water was easy. The lights that lead down the path was a plus. I would definitely book again next summer.

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations! There's lots of space to spread out and the wall of windows overlooking Irondequoit Bay made the unit seem even larger. The unit is over a garage that the owner uses for equipment storage. There is an elevator for exclusive use of guests renting the studio that is accessed through the garage. It worked great during our stay! The kitchen area has a two-burner stove and enough pots, pans and utensils, to prepare small meals. The host supplies coffee, filters, sweeteners and creamer. The unit was spotless and everything looked brand new. We picked it because we wanted to be close to the water and we got exactly what we wanted, with a bonus of a very spacious, new studio, and a friendly host.

Summary: We had a great 3 nights celebrating our anniversary. The apartment is clean and has all necessities. Its a short drive to restaurants and such. Nice view of the bay. The elevator was a godsend for my wife and me.

Summary: Apartment was perfectly sized for a couple looking to get away. Location is easily accessible to 590 highway and has a fantastic view looking out over Irondequoit Bay. We loved the windows and style of the apartment.

Summary: The good: The location of the property is great, close to downtown Rochester and Lake Ontario. Checkin was easy and host was responsive throughout our stay. The not so good: We booked this particular property due to it's lake/bay front access. Unfortunately, despite the VRBO description, the entire lakefront is under construction and not accessible. The property listing should have been updated/accurate to note construction. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay for our visit to the Rochester area! Beautiful view of the bay. So much better than a hotel room. The location of the apartment gave it a very private feel, like renting a whole house. Very nicely remodeled, just like the pictures! We didn't use the kitchen items, but from what I could tell it's well stocked with the basics. Close enough to the city to be within a 20 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go, yet the area is quiet with not too much traffic. Host was very prompt in replying to a question we had. We'd definitely stay again!

Summary: The property is very nice - new and clean. It was in a convenient location for me with a pretty view. Communication with the owners and gaining access to the property was all great. The only thing lacking was a comfortable place to sit by the water. The owner said they were in the process of renovating this area.
