Summary: Sea Castle is not only beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring, but so convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market as well. The staff went above and beyond when it came to my asking for help with anything…a quick breakfast, transportation, or a recommendation…and they always had a smile for me. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a specialty coffee made to order, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, freshly baked carrot muffins, and a hot breakfast choice as well. My room was beautiful, as was the cozy dining area where breakfast was served and with a gas fireplace, tiled in gorgeous black and white patterned tiles, that was lit on chilly mornings. I was so grateful I found this hotel…it was just what I had hoped for.

Summary: This hotel is magical. I was traveling alone and hoped for a space that was peaceful, beautiful, and inspiring all at the same time and I found it here. I felt safe, taken care of, and pampered…I am not a high-maintenance traveler, but anything I needed or inquired about was received with complete ease, knowledge, and a smile. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the cozy dining area where it is served has a small fireplace that was lit on chilly mornings. Beginning just across the street were several restaurants and coffee, shops to choose from and a grocery/sundries shop as well. I LOVED this wonderful hotel.

Summary: The room was smaller than expected, but the staff was very nice and professional. A sea view balcony room would have been a better experience.

Summary: We spent three nights at the Sea Castle Hotel in Camps Bay and had a wonderful stay. Room 8 featured a charming balcony with loungers, a table and chairs, a BBQ, and an umbrella—perfect for relaxing or hosting a small gathering. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and spacious, with a huge bed and an excellent shower. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. We also enjoyed the cooked breakfast each morning and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food and coffee. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that Room 8 faces directly onto the road. While the balcony railing is high, we felt it could be a bit more secure with an added barrier or similar improvement. Would definitely stay here again though and recommend it to those who are looking to stay in Camps Bay!

Summary: A good location in camps bay with nice views of the sea. Breakfast was excellent. Most of the property is a bit tired though. The bedsheets were heavily stained and the outdoor furniture was ripped and pretty gross. There’s also no easy parking on the property which was a bit of a nightmare. Aircon was only in the main room and the bathroom had an open archway to the room which was covered only by a blind. It would need an update throughout for us to stay again.

Summary: The staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms very clean and comfy but only work for two people. The free breakfast was excellent healthy and plentiful. The beauty of the beach and waterfront just gorgeous. Felt very safe. I would definitely stay at this facility again. Wonderful people there.
