Positive: Very spacious villa, excellent location up the mountain with an exceptional view of the valley and Semmering slopes. The hous was fully equiped with everything one needs. It also has a sauna, a terrace and private parking spaces.

Positive: We enjoyed a lot our stay at the villa. It was very easy to access and we had everything we needed for our big group. The host was very friendly and caring. Thanks a lot Robert for hosting us. We definitely recommend this place.

Positive: Very comfortable and functional house. Biger than we expected. Kitchen well equiped with all staff, herbs, spice and primary ingradients. Owner is very kind and helpfull. I recommend this place for all active and resting accomodation.

Positive: Splendid eighties! Big, spacious house originally designed in the 80'-s. Its fully functional, well equipped, wery well liveable. It is well locatzed and comfortable for a big family ski weekend, or week. Plus, the two bottles of wine were we got were excellent!

Negative: One more WC for the full house could be more comfortable.

Summary: I recommend it very much.

Positive: The house is really extraordinary! The bedrooms are spacious, the living room immense and feels like home, with toys for children of different ages. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with tea with herbs of the region. There is a sauna in the house, and we all enjoyed it after a hiking day. The view from the large balcony is splendid. The house owner is very friendly, helped us with restaurants in the region, and answered any question we had anytime. Very special house, I recommend it to large families or group of friends, you will love it without any doubt!
