Summary: This is a unique B and B stay, given its past life. The hosts, Nigil and Jennifer were a hoot. We had a great time on their porch swapping stories as the peacocks, dogs, cat and goats wandered by. Breakfast was good and hearty. Bed was comfy so we had a good night's sleep and with the breakfast were on our way rested, full and ready for a long return trip on the road.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The owners waited up for us to arrive and were very kind and welcoming. The Victorian room was cozy and the whole property was clean and that's with roaming peacocks, a goat, a couple dogs, and a cat. Breakfast was good too! They have a pool but it was a little too chilly out for us. It is in the middle of nowhere so if you're low on gas get it at Beatty on your way over from Death Valley. I got a warm hug goodbye too. Shady Lady, we hope to meet up again some day.

Summary: Jennifer was incredibly sweet on the phone. Booked the Asian room but got upgraded to the cabin. It was very cozy, clean, and there were no complaints. Beware...there is an army of peacocks (this is not a joke). The fire alarm went off while showering because of the steam and there were no bowls. This in no way made the stay any less pleasant.
