Summary: Gorgeous balcony views. Room was spacious and clean and kitchen fully equipped. Beach is lovely but we were not guided to our lounge chairs first day. We were just handed towels. Our second day, a gentleman walked us to our lounge chairs and laid the towels out for us and made sure umbrellas were in place. The elevators are extremely slow. Food from Baleen did not meet expectations.

Summary: We stayed for two days. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location was excellent, as it's close to the Aventura Mall. The only downside is that the room we stayed in had a smell like wet carpet, a rather unpleasant odor. As time goes by, you get used to it and it's gone. Otherwise, the stay was good. (Room 1701B)

Summary: This was my first stay at Sole. Based on past reviews, I was expecting more. Pros: cleanliness and overall condition of the property is great. I had the oceanfront suite so I had all amenities I needed for a 4 day family stay. Also proximity to the ocean and having an unobstructed full oceanfront view on a high floor was excellent. That’s where my pros end. Cons: Front desk customer service is absolutely awful. I typically don’t leave negative reviews bc I suck it up, but the service here was so bad management ought to be aware if they want repeat customers and raving fans. FD staff never greet you with a smile, never say welcome you back when going in and out of the property, check in was grumpy and very unwelcoming. Service at the Restaurant on site is ridiculously slow even when there aren’t that many tables booked. Pool could some massive upgrades in terms of seats and ambiance. If you’re here for a day or two, I would recommend this place but I would not recommend if you’re here for longer and looking for good service.
