The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.This large villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which allows 6 guests to be accommodated in total comfort. In the interior of the chalet we find a large and bright living room with fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal. The property also has internet connection and all the amenities for your enjoyment.Outside there is a swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and also outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue accompanied with a good glass of wine, every summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.Public transport: There is a bus stop (line 23 and 520) less than 250 meters from the house, from there with line 520 Palma city center is just 25 minutes journey. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.This house has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. Summary: We had a lovely time in this villa, the photos do not do it justice. It's spacious, modern with good air conditioning and a fantastic pool. Just a short walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Ideal for a family holiday.

Summary: Check in and out worked great. Communication with the owner has been excellent. Short walking distance to grocery store and beach so you don’t need a car. The house was clean and the pool was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay at this house, and can highly recommend it.

Summary: This property is AMAZING!! Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood...yet just a few minutes to quality restaurants, grocery shopping, and all the beachfront promenade action...if that's what you're looking for. The home itself was very comfortable. It has a very well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, good COLD AC, comfortable beds, huge closets, nicely done bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone, and a wonderfully refreshing pool to enjoy right outside your back door! We also felt extremely safe in this home. Having the option to pull your car inside the gate & then be totally locked in was very nice! I can't say enough about this vacation rental. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is super en de airco hebben we goed gebruik van gemaakt. Let op bij veel gebruik van de airco kunnen er nog extra kosten in rekening gebracht worden. Het huis ligt in een woonwijk maar de strip is 10 minuten lopen. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de transfer service en die was top geregeld. De communicatie met de verhuurder was top en ze reageren snel op vragen! Het enige min puntje is dat er maar vier bedjes zijn bij het zwembad en dat de föhn niet optimaal werkt. Al met al hebben we een super verblijf gehad bedankt! -

Summary: Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bietet ausreichend Platz und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert. Für unsere Bedürfnisse waren die Betten sehr gut und auch das restliche Mobiliar war in Ordnung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und auch Freunden das Objekt empfehlen. -
