Negative: Was freezing cold when we turned up, would have been nice to turn up to a warm house. There was no internet so we couldn't watch anything in the TV

Negative: There is no air-condition in all 3 bedrooms, only in 2 living rooms, so you will need to leave all the bedroom doors open when sleeping in the cold night.
