Enjoy a beautiful beach view from this adorable 2 bedroom house. You can sit in the living room and gaze at an unobstructed view of the water. The furnished wraparound deck is a great place to enjoy the sunrise while you drink your coffee, or read a book while you feel the afternoon gulf breeze. With its cheerful decor and many windows with beach views, you will love the bright airy feeling of the home.
The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player. Prepare your meals in the well-furnished kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, regular drip coffee pot, and all the cookware you need. The cute dining table is great for meals or games!
With over 1000 square feet, Surf Shak easily sleeps 8. Both bedrooms have king size beds, and the two queen sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping. This house is perfect for a small family. There is even a washer and dryer on the premises for your convenience as well as high speed internet.
Downstairs, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal grill while sitting around the table visiting with family and friends.
The beach is just a short walk from the house when you use the private subdivision walkover. There is also an outdoor sand shower; convenient for rinsing off a day at the beach before you enjoy the house itself.
Two small dogs (up to 20 lbs) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Summary: Very cute quiet and view is amazing for not being on the beach! When we arrived the floors were very dirty and dead bugs on the floors. But when I called they had someone over within 10 mins! I wish they would wash and give you the bath mats how they do the towels and sheets bc they were also very dirty at arrival. They do have a washer and dryer so that was nice! Blinds in the bathroom bc the ppl across the field can see you! You do have to pick up and drop off the key which is kinda annoying. They should have code lock and they also need a good deep cleaning!

Weather was good. A little windy, but the sun was out so the breeze kept us cool.

Reviewer Comments: Annette's Funautical Fantasea is a no-frills beach house; however, the views and the wrap around porch are amazing. Interior is a bit dated but it's cozy and comfy with a huge table for family dinners and game nights. Note that this property does not have wi-fi, and guests are not able to access the community pool. Beach access is close and easy to reach on foot or with your golf cart. This house is in a quiet corner and was a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

But it was much more relaxing at Crystal Beach. The house was perfect for us as a couple and great when friends came for the weekend. The 2 “masters” is hard to find but this worked well. The view is excellent and the location is perfect. I have been renting from Swedes real estate since I was 25 years old and now I am 70. I’ve always been pleased through the years with whatever beach house that we have gotten each time and the staff has always been very nice and professional.
