Summary: The hose is exacty how its decribed online. it also has a washer. Its so lovely, calm and has an amazing view. Guido, the owner, was very nice, very helpful, always available for questions and he gave us some tipps on nice places we should go see an some restaurants. The pool is big and we enjoyed it. We would recommend it and we`ll probably come back another time.

Summary: Lovely conversion, simply and nicely done, on the owner's beautiful estate on the side of a mountain. The views from our secluded terrace were stunning. The hen-house had everything we needed (including its own washing machine) and was spotless. It also kept us cool in the 30 degree heat. There are 3 different conversions in the grounds but they're some distance apart and each one has its own outside area and you're never crowded. The owners were helpful and welcoming. From the nearest station (10 mins drive from the property) it was a 40 minute train ride to Florence. You're about 1hr 30 min drive from the famous Chianti places like San Gimignano. You're very rural and peaceful - nearest shops and restaurants in Londa about 10 mins drive. Londa also has a reservoir with walking trails, playpark, stream to paddle in and a great pizzeria (Da Fischio). The only downside to the rental was that the communal pool on the property is 3 metres deep! It is locked (you have a key) and there are lots of inflatables and it is small enough that a few strokes will always get you to the side, but, if you have young kids who are not confident swimmers, it can be scary. Consider taking strap-on floats.

Summary: "The surroundings were gorgeous as was the view. The amenities were perfectly fine. It was fairly accessible although a person in a wheelchair might have a difficult time getting up the stairs from the parking lot. The small house was clean and bright. The hosts were very nice and interesting, helpful, and accommodating. There was some noise especially on the weekends from motorcycles nearby, but it did not bother me that much. Most of the time it was very peaceful and pleasant."
