Negative: Booking.com didn't make clear that the pub and restaurant were closed Monday and Tuesday so we had to go elsewhere.

Positive: The area was lovely, amazing views. Very posh interior loved the fire places! Outdoor seating in the beer garden was also lovely. We had food here one of the nights, amazing menus and food itself would recommend.

Negative: Our room was very warm! The radiator was not on and we had the window open our full stay. I also asked for decorations for my partners bday as a special request (which they accepted) and when we got there, there wasn’t any :( they also don’t do breakfast.

Positive: Very friendly helpful staff. We met with family for evening meal and the food was excellent. Lovely comfortable room, obviously noise from pub below but very quiet after closing. Didn't bother us. Also no breakfast but plenty of tea and coffee. Surround area is beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Positive: The room was a good size. Bed was very comfy. Everything was clean. No real criticisms, but a couple of little things... A full length mirror in the bedroom and a shelf in the bathroom would be nice additions.

Negative: It wasn't an issue for us but it is worth remembering that this is a pub so there is some noise in the evenings.

Summary: A really good stay, comfortable and clean.

Negative: Bit odd that you have to go behind the bar to access the room and only external access is through the fire escape after hours. Would also have been nice to have a breakfast option but I did know that was the case before booking.
