Positive: Cosy and historic at the same time. You got a sense of history with old beams and the mill cogs and wheels in the entrance way

Negative: Bathroom toilet flush was rather weak and ineffective.

Negative: As an old building beware if you are tall as the beams are not too high - the shower is a bit old and it is not a power shower for sure !

Positive: Absolutely everything, it's a character filled house, spacious, yet cosy.. in a peaceful location with a lovely outlook. It had everything you need for a great stay. Keith and Carol could not have been more helpful, from being great souces of local knowledge, to leaving milk and biscuits for us on our arrival.. just brilliant. We shall return, the location is great too, really close to mountains and coast..everything on your doorstep, but far enough to be peaceful. There are two pubs in walking distance, what's not to love.?

Summary: 10/10 ,Ticked every box, location,comfort, lovely folk..and lots of things to see and do .

Positive: Perfect quiet location, huge apartment well furnished and cosy. Lovely owners lived next door, friendly and nothing too much trouble, No problems at all however sorted out a query quickly. Cannot overstate how excellent the property and owners were, would love to return next year. Even had fresh cut flowers, milk in fridge, and biscuits on our arrival.

Negative: Honestly cannot think of any negatives except we really didn’t want to come home😥

Summary: Perfect cottage, great couple of owners in Glorious Cumbria!
