The house is centrally located between the French Quarter and Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. The house is really big (easily could have fit more than our party of 5) and very clean. Beds were comfortable. It had everything you could need. Location was convenient with easy parking and short walk to trolley. The shared pool is really cool. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family and I decided to book this property for Memorial Day weekend and to celebrate my wife and I graduating with a Master’s degree. Every aspect of this was flawless. From check-in to check-out, we enjoyed the entire experience. Communication with the owners were great! Will look at staying again if my family is ever back in New Orleans.

Summary: We chose this house because all ten of us could fit around the table and there was plenty of space to gather - though we didn't know it when we booked, this may have been our last family gathering with my mom. Her greatest joy is conversation over meals, and we gave her that. For my dad, this was a bucket list trip to the National WWII museum, and for the younger set, the French Quarter was high on the list. This house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do, and the property managers were available for any issue we had (they even had the patience to show my 80-year-old dad how to use the "newfangled" TV remote)! We loved the murals, and though the neighborhood is in the midst of regeneration, we felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos of the outdoor space did not do it justice - and even though it was January, a couple of us were brave enough to try out the heated pool. It was lovely, with plenty of towels and great laundry facilities. Highly recommend!

Summary: We came to NOLA in July to move our daughter (Tulane rising Junior) into her new rental home. When I saw the photos, I thought our daughter (and Architecture major) would love this! It did not disappoint and the pictures did not do the outdoor space justice. Needless to say we loved this home!! It was supper clean and the design is amazing and fun. Our kids and my daughters friends loved the pool and outdoor space. The location was very central in an up and coming neighborhood. We will definitely rent this house again

Summary: We had a great time at the house! It was perfect for our family while attending my daughters graduation from Tulane. Quick drive to campus and great kitchen dining area! We had a large group with some elderly. We were able to bring food in and cook breakfast with ease! I would definitely choose this property again!
