Summary: Excellent, spacious room which was very clean as was the en suite bathroom. There was a good breakfast menu and the cooking was very good. The location just off the central market place is excellent and it is a good spot for exploring the Borders. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Nice room with lots of character, a well prepared breakfast with ample choice you only had to ask Robin and he would try to cater for any taste, The location was ideal only a short walk to the centre, and many places to visit in the surrounding area. Robin was a most genial host and a wealth of knowledge about the area, will be returning again

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Old Priory. The room is so spacious and luxurious. Robin is such a kind, knowledgeable host. He so looked after us. I loved a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The Old Priory is two minutes walk from Kelso's Main Square. The house has a beautiful back garden
