Positive: Once the pool was heated, it was lovely!!! The outside yard was great. Appreciated the Keurig coffees. The home was clean. We even used the garage for our rental car.
Negative: 1) air conditioner wasn't cooling to requested temperature. 2) dishwasher always blinked and stopped and didn't finish without us opening and resuming. 3) remotes in middle bedroom and front of house bedroom did not work to turn on the TV. FYI: during the windstorm, a couple roof tiles blew off and broke on the driveway.
Summary: Great spot to gather with friends. Each of us had a bathroom with our bedroom.

Positive: Very clean and nice pool.
Negative: The home was in the airport traffic pattern. Very loud Plane activity started at 6:00AM every morning. The barbecue is very old and rusted and should be replaced, missing all but two bulbs in the out door dining area chandelier, No bowls supplied in the kitchen and would suggest providing plastic cups for outdoor use.
Summary: Nice home size , amenities and pool and also very clean. Location is not ideal.
