Summary: University Mill House was the perfect location while attending events at Cabarrus Arena. Susan was so responsive from the initial booking stages and throughout the stay. Immaculately clean, so much attention has been given to details of anything you may need from a sound machine, aromatherapy diffuser, dual kitchen decanter/kcup, fast brew hot water tea pot and every utensil imaginable. The gas grill was an added bonus. A basket was provided for the pets, sofa cover and little blankets. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and perfect for front porch sitting to unwind before crawling into the comfy king size bed. What a treasure we were fortunate enough to find for our stay. P.S. Thank you Susan and Ben for the welcome basket of goodies and cold waters waiting in the fridge.
