Positive: It was in the basement but it was plenty of room and we all slept comfortable. Everything is there to cook with. We went to the local foodlion and bought food. Parking on the street. The yard was fenced in. Very nice. Gentleman was very sweet we rented from.
Negative: Nothing. Needed more time to spend but the hurricane was coming.

Positive: Host was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and was allowed an early check in, we were greeted with a large bag of apples from the apple tree in the yard of the house, he offered suggestions for near by restaurants that would give discounts to guests staying in his rental, we were a group of 8 and quickly ran out of clean linens, he promptly delivered fresh towels and wash rags while removing the ones we had used, he checked in with us via text message daily to ask how our stay was going and to offer any accommodations we might be needing. Prior to our arrival our host placed bottles of water into the fridge to chill as well as lowered the air to assure the house was cooled. Neighbor was very quiet and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Most places were a 2-20 minute drive away.
Negative: Was charged a cleaning fee but had to clean to stay. Dirty rags in the kitchen and bathroom left behind from either precious guests, host, or cleaning crew. One of the rags was even stuck to a cabinet door in the bathroom. Items left behind from previous guest such as baby slippers in a dresser, used makeup brush under bathroom sink, used soaps and shampoos left in bathroom window. One futon in living room smelled of urine.

Positive: It was located in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to sandbridge beach, which was amazing! The host was very accommodating, super nice and helpful. Our accommodation was very clean; no bugs, mold or nastiness of any kind.
Negative: The shower water pressure could definitely improve.
