Positive: Good location, nice and bright. Very communicative.

Negative: The pool was filthy. We paid extra to have accommodation with pool access but I wasn’t brave enough to go in because of how dirty it was. None of the inside doors of the apartment shut properly, especially the bathrooms doors. No towel hooks in the bathrooms so we just had to pile up towels. 1 AC remote for the whole apartment

Positive: The pictures and description of the apartment were very accurate! The rooms, beds, amenities, etc. were all present and very easy to use. The host also provided extra baby cot. The location of the apartment is pretty central, being able to get to the main tourist attractions in central Lisbon within a 20-30 minute walk. Lot's of restaurants around.
