Villa Barza is a lovely sea-facing villa located on Sicilyโs eastern coast between Catania and Syracuse. Offering picturesque views of Baia Arcile and the Gulf of Catania, this elegant villa features a private swimming pool and easy beach access. With luxurious amenities including a jacuzzi, sauna and a gym, it provides the perfect getaway for families and groups. The villa is conveniently close to shops, banks, and restaurants (7 km), with attractions like Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, and the Vendicari nature reserve easily accessible by car.
