Single and independent villa with swimming pool (length m. 10.50 - width 5.20, depth m 1.50) in Mediterranean style, surrounded by greenery with ample space between terraces and flower beds, can accommodate up to 12 people, there are five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower, large built-in kitchen with adjoining dining room, living room with large fireplace. Outside there is a kitchen equipped with a shed, a large patio with a table and chairs for up to 12 people in front of the internal kitchen, a swimming pool and a solarium with deckchairs for exclusive use, a relaxation area with sofas, armchairs and outdoor rocking chairs.
The house is very bright, fresh and well ventilated.
Inside, ground floor, living room with fireplace, air conditioning, sofas, TV, table and chairs up to 14 seats, toilet with shower, bedroom with double bed and single bed, built-in kitchen with fridge, freezer , tablecloths, microwaves, toasters, kettles and everything that is essential in a kitchen.
On the upper floor, accessible by internal staircase, there are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with shower.
