Positive: Location was great and certain staff members (Rachana) was very cordial

Negative: - Poor lighting inside the room near dressing mirror; - No board to display Wandr at the outside; (cab drivers, food delivery doesn’t know where to come/deliver) - Inspite of informing in advance that we will be arriving late and getting confirmed that it’s a 24/7 reception - neither security or reception number picked up the call to help with location - we requested the room to be cleaned (001) and were promised that they will get to cleaning after check out rooms are complete. We left the room at 11:00 AM and came back at 17:30 to see the room was not cleaned. The old couple was asked to move out when they were about to sleep and the room was cleaned after they got into the room.

Negative: The staff can be accommodating and friendly…unfortunately they are not…breakfast wasn’t served on time, no hairdryer, no iron box and etc

Positive: Concept is nice - minimalist, functional and has an aesthetic appeal- location is good-

Negative: Room was full of mosquitoes- it’s because of design fault- AC drain pipe is let out through louvres of bathrooms- mosquitoes are entering through that gap - there was a dead rat adjacent to our window on the outside corridor- staff removed it only after multiple reminders- staff strength is not adequate-

Summary: Just about ok - no dining room- so food sourced from outside is average
