Hello everyone!
Welcome to Elbow Lake in Central Frontenac. At our cozy cottage, you will find 3 bedrooms plus a bunkie that sleeps 8 people. The property has full central air including both heating and A/C.
Enjoy a walk out deck to overlook the lake, with a brand new dock and floating dock to enjoy swimming or fishing.
The boat shed at the lake comes equip with a full size fridge/freezer, with outdoor speakers to enjoy music.
The large upper deck comes equipped with a brand new Napoleon BBQ.
There is also a washer and dryer for convenience.
Netflix can be enjoyed and we have TVs in both guest bedrooms and the bunkie for the kids. Love gaming? We have a XBox 360!
We want you to enjoy our cottage like our family does. So sit back, relax and have fun!
*Please note, in the winter months, 6 guests max is recommended due to the bunkie only having a space heater.

Summary: Ian was super responsive anytime we had questions. The location was amazing, having fires and eating meals on the deck with a 5-star view. We loved that the top deck had a gate so our dog could be outside with us and we didn’t have to worry about them venturing too far. We came fully prepared to do the bedding laundry at the end of our stay, but was absolutely thrilled when we found out it was included in the cleaning. Overall, super clean and well designed, would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us Ian!

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday at this cottage. Such a beautiful lake with gorgeous views from the deck and great swimming from the dock. The cottage was super well-equipped and comfortable: from the beds to the family room to the kitchen. It's a very peaceful setting and a great place to unwind, relax and spend time with family. The host is easy to communicate with and is very accomodating. All in all, a great place to vacation.

Summary: The location was beautiful and exactly as expected. The rooms were even more spacious than they appeared in the pictures. We had a 1 yo with us and they were EXTREMELY well equipped with toys, white noise machine, etc. above and beyond what we would have expected. One thing was that the cleaning seemed to have been done a little hastily (garbage in the bathroom and the kitchen were still full) but certainly not a game changer. Overall, an amazing stay!

Summary: Our family was able to relax and have space to have quiet time as well as large enough space to spend time playing games and eating meals together. Evenings by the fire enjoying the clear sky were peaceful and private.

Summary: We had a great time at Ian's cottage and really enjoyed the cottage and lake. The water temperature was perfect for swimming and in spite of the rain, we all had a good time: 1. The cottage is quite well equipped and everyone enjoyed having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. 2. The beds were good and comfortable. 3. It was quiet. 4. The swimming was great and the floating dock was nice to have. 5. There are plenty of boats and water toys. 6. The neighbors were nice. 7. It was good to be able to go for some hikes. 8. The bathroom was good and worked well. 9. The kitchen is well equipped. 10. We really appreciated the fact that Ian was so available and returned calls and texts promptly and answered questions and took care of any problems right away. 11. Ian is an excellent landlord and easy to deal with. We loved our time at this cottage.

Summary: We stayed at this cozy cottage for a much needed r&r long weekend and it was wonderful! The cottage is right on the water with a great dock, the lake is private, quiet and absolutely beautiful! Ian was a great and responsive host, and we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. I cannot say enough good things, we loved it and plan to return next year!
