Summary: All ok except for the moths in the house. There were many and they were nesting in the cupboard under the stairs. Other than that, the staff was polite and the pool/sauna were a big plus. Shame that there was a group of young people making a lot of noise, swearing and jumping into the pool all time not respecting others (many with children) nor the staff.

Summary: Housr was clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Elements of the room/chairs were a little worn. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. Given the recent Hugh temperatures, fans in rooms would have been nice

Summary: Everything was perfect ! Genuinely one of the best stays ! Everything for the family! Note - the only thing we would have liked is fans being available for each bedroom as we struggled with the new UK heat !

Summary: I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Honestly, everything was just right. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere—it felt relaxing and easy to unwind. Overall, I couldn’t find anything to complain about. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Summary: Good overall but note the facilities such as swimming pool and gym are closed for the evening till 10am next day. As that would be the staying time for most people (while 10am is the check out time). Plan ahead your booking.

Summary: The property was definitely not 4 star! They are refurbishing the units and it certainly needs it! The outside is shabby and the interiors are dated and tired. We were not given the unit booked and we were told we had been upgraded, but I did not book a 2 bedroom house because they looked dark and very old fashioned! I booked the 1 bedroom house that looked refurbished, but was told that they didn’t distinguish between the units! Very disappointing!
