- Outside: terraced rear garden, deck with toddler slide. The paved area has smart and comfortable rattan dining furniture plus a large parasol. A gate leads from the garden to a public footpath around Pennard Golf course.
- Parking: plenty of parking at the property.
- General: changeover day - Friday. Underfloor heating and log burner. Bed linen and towels provided for the king and single beds only (not provided for the sofa bed). Sea views from terrace. WiFi.
- Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
- Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
