Bliss at Cruz Views (#1, with it's own private grill, own parking spot, dishwasher, individually-controlled a/c units in MBR and living area and upper BR, and many extra amenities) is a VERY popular unit that is constantly booked with repeat guests.

Affordable, comfortable, island elegance for up to 4 guests, including children, aged 8 and older.
2-story, stand-alone, penthouse townhome (like a private villa.) Offering full A/C, expansive sea and sunset views, close to town and the amazing North Shore National Park Beaches.
Expansive sea views filled with islands, cays and seafaring ocean activity as well as tropical scents and sounds from surrounding bougainvillea, jasmine, orchids, bromeliads, mandavilla, hummingbirds, bananaquits, coqui frogs, and so much more.
Enjoy the designer bed and bath linens, living and dining area furniture, kitchen cabinets and backsplash, professional art, new TVs, games, and DVDs.
Bliss has everything you need to go to its 20+ beautiful beaches and explore the island, from books, guides, fish, bird, plant identifiers to beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, large, medium and small coolers along with freezie paks and tupperware for your beach snacks, food and beverages.
For those nights you'd rather stay home and cook instead of getting dressed up and go out (although St John is very casual so you really don't have to get 'dressed up',) Bliss has its own private gas grill right outside on your private garden terrace, as well as a combo microwave/convection oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and is fully equipped with every pot and pan, utensil, spice and herb that you would ever need (including an electric can opener, lobster pot and utensils, electric wine opener, etc.)
Bliss is the only Cruz Views unit available direct through owner! If you look at the picture of the sand-colored building, that whole building is Bliss (like a stand-alone, private villa of your own at condo prices--the best of both worlds!!)
Bliss's upstairs bedroom provides you with the option of either 2 Twin Beds or 1 extremely comfortable King Bed.
Bliss also includes your own private parking spot right above the unit and--set among a lovely tropical garden frequently scented with jasmine--is a beautiful saline-filtered pool (gentle on your skin) shared with the guests from the other 9 units but often yours alone!
Bliss can very comfortably, and safely, and luxuriously, accommodate 1-4 guests, including singles, couples, families including children over 7 years of age, as it is not safely designed for children younger than that due to the spiral staircase and 1/2 wall in the upper BR.

Summary: We had an excellent time staying at Bliss at Cruz Bay Villas! We loved the location since it was close to town but far away that it was quiet throughout the day and evenings. Our kids loved the pool in the complex especially after dinner or after the beach. Our unit and the whole complex was clean and well taken care of. Parking here was very good. The owner (Cynthia) and the property management on the island were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Summary: The villas were very nice. There were a few problems. We received a call one week before our vacation and were told that the place was double booked!! Cynthia was very apologetic. To rectify the issue she booked two places one for 5 days and another for 3 days. This was very inconvenient to have to move in the middle of our vacation when we had a tour booked that morning at 8am. I feel we were not compensated at all for this. She would be willing to give us 10% off our NEXT visit, which I feel was not compensation. The cleaners moved everything for us and were really nice. One day we had no water. I called that morning at 9 AM to notify the office. We went to the beach for the day by 3 o’clock when we returned no water. I had to contact the office again! I guess a switch was broken and a plumber was getting the part to fix it. It would have been nice for someone to call me and let me know the status.

Summary: Staying at Bliss was one of the better VRBO experiences we've had in the past few years. The leadup to our arrival was made smooth and easy by continuous communication with the owner and the management agency. We were met on our arrival and escorted to the condo by a representative who gave us a quick tour and answered all our questions. The property itself is in great shape and has everything you could possibly ask for in a beach/island rental. The view is spectacular, and we spent most mornings enjoying coffee on the patio and watching the island wake up. Lots of little things about Bliss that made it a great experience; games and books galore, up-to-date flatscreens with streaming apps installed, even the wild orchids growing outside the shower window - everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Don't know when we'll be back to St. John - but I know where we'll be staying.

Summary: Close to town, easy to the beaches, and a nice complex pool that's never crowded. We had a wonderful stay with two adults and two teenagers at this property. The kitchen is well-equipped and there's a nice view from the patio for your morning coffee.

Summary: Family vacation, diving/hiking/beaches.Bliss was a great home base, enough out of the downtown to be quiet but walkable for dinners (although the walk back is very steep at the end. Not good if you are not in shape. Pool was great and barely used by others there.

Summary: This is the second time we've stayed in this complex. Both stays were great but we like this unit better than the other. Layout was much better suited to our family with our two boys at age 9 and 11. Unit was very comfortably outfitted and had a great view off the deck. Spent a lot of time out there drinking coffee watching the boats go.

Summary: Another amazing week on St. John, and the accommodations at Bliss, Estate Enighed only added to the experience. Being high on the hill, the views from the deck are breathtaking. You are very close to town, and just off of Centerline Road, so it’s easy to get anywhere your heart desires on the island quickly. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Summary: We've just returned from a week at "Bliss" and loved it! Very clean and organized, richly stocked kitchen (lots of tableware, glassware, small appliances, even a selection of sharp knives), comfortable beds, nice linens and decor and furniture. A/c worked great throughout the spacious main living area and bedrooms. Up to date bath with hand held shower and plenty of room. Wonderful views and delightful pool. Host is lovely to chat with about any questions. Easy 1/2 mile drive to town - 5 in to grocery store. We rent on St. John each year and this felt like our new home! Good beach chairs (but only one high boy, if that matters), umbrella, coolers, even beach bags! We snorkeled at a different park beach every day, came back in time for a swim in the ample sized pool, showered and headed out to dinner (make reservations way in advance and don't miss Lobster night at Morgan's Mango). Evenings relaxing on the comfortable sofa with our books or catching a show on the easy to work TV. All and all and A+ time. We will be back!

Summary: We had an incredible time at Bliss in April! Cynthia communicated well and had someone local greet us at the dock who made sure we got our car and got settled at the condo. When I say fully stocked, I mean everything including extra special details were thought of! From Bath and Body Works hand soaps, Ulta body wash, extra towels, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, coolers and supplies, Cynthia really takes care to make sure that her guests are comfortable and feel the conveniences of home. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear for kids and adults, a hose to rinse off, great working AC and WiFi, plenty of hot water and shower pressure, tons of clothes hangers, games, movies, books, beautiful flowers, and the views from every room are INCREDIBLE!! Waking up and going to bed with a hilltop view of St. John was simply breathtaking. The patio is huge and private, with plenty of space to dry wet clothes and to sit and enjoy the view. The grocery store was less than 5 minutes down the hill and downtown was only 1 minute farther. It was such an easy trip back and forth if we needed anything and convenient to get around the island from this location. The pool is a minute walk down a hill to the middle of the property. The view is amazing there as well and the pool was extremely clean and comfortable. As other guests said, we didn’t see anyone else while there so it felt very private! We cannot recommend this rental enough! It will add so much enjoyment to your trip!
