Positive: All the staff were super helpful. I could always ask them for recommendations. My room was tidied up every day, and they had a good buffet for breakfast.

Negative: The AC was not cooling the room enough, but then I was helped by a staff member to fix that problem soon. The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste, but they replaced them after I asked for it.

Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The connections to the rest of the city are fantastic, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was also very delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I was especially impressed by the hotel staff; they did everything possible to ensure the best stay and were always ready to help. All in all, a highly recommended hotel! Please pass on my warm regards to all the staff!

Positive: The breakfast normal Turkish spread. The hotel was near to public transport and easy access to convenience shops and eatery.

Negative: The size of the room was a bit cramped, but were comfortable enough for 2 pax.
