Positive: Lots of room for 2 couples. Grocery store was very close. Metro was only a 10 min. walk. Very private and secure and fairly well stocked..The host, Gabriela, was very friendly and helpful. Price was great.

Negative: It was a little tired looking. A few updates, a bit more decluttering in the kitchen area, and more comfortable seating in the living area would go a long way.
