Summary: Great spot to visit with family on Key Biscayne . Very easy checking considering we arrived late .(10 pm) Place was spotless and beds were comfortable. I would describe as minimalist decor. Very eco friendly place. Needed extra towels and TP and the management was extremely responsive! I had read a review about slow toilet flush but never experienced any issues with our 2 bathrooms, shower or kitchen sinks. Shower pressure is a little slower than at home but still totally fine to get shampoo out of mid length hair. Although we went to beach each day, Pool looked nice and people were swimming and sunbathing on nice lounge chairs.

Summary: Great one night stay outside of Miami. Loved the proximity to the beach. Listing exactly as described. Only negative was on VRBO check out is listed as 11 am and the property had a 10 am check out. Not a huge issue but vrbo should be updated. Would stay here again.

Summary: We spent a weekend at the apartment and had a very positive experience. The unit was spacious and clean. The unit has a king bed, two twin beds, and a large and comfortable sofa. Plenty of linens were available as well as a nice supply of soaps and shampoos. Check in was very easy and the manager was very nice. The only issue we had is that the toilet tanks refilled very slowly after being flushed which means you needed to wait 15 minutes or more before being able to use the toilet again. With 6 people and two bathrooms that can sometimes be an awkward inconvenience.

Summary: No email or communication sent for process to get into unit. I spoke to three different people at 6pm the night of check in before getting the necessary info. It was suppose to sleep 6. There was a King bed and 2 single beds. The couch was a 2 seater recliner couch. Someone did bring us a foldable single bed but opted to use the recliner.
