Positive: It has a cosy feeling and the pictures did not do it justice.

Negative: The lounge with the open fire was lovely especially after getting back from our soaking wet hike up Snowden!

Positive: Absolutely stunning - kitted out with everything we needed. The communication was very good from the get go. We spent Christmas here and it was really worth the money. The restaurant at Aberdunant hotel brilliant. 2 good sights to visit Portmeirion and Cwmorthin Waterfall brilliant day trips

Negative: Only issue I had was reversing my electric car into the drive got stuck on gravel as its rear wheel drive but we did figure out a way to get it in without getting stuck

Positive: Location was lovely. House was clean and comfortable. The owner was excellent with communication. Pub/restaurant within easy walking distance. Facilities at the property were excellent. Everything we needed was there. Lovely little welcome pack too.

Negative: Quite a steep hill leading up to the property, so not great unless you have an automatic car or 4 x 4, although we managed well enough. Parking facility for 4 cars was quite difficult but, again, we managed. Would have preferred two separate bathrooms, rather that one en suite, for 8 people. Apart from that, property was fab.
