Positive: The location is simply unbeatable. Room has a balcony overlooking probably the most famous street in the world (there is also a lot of noise as an inevitable side effect, but that is irrelevant). View is perfect, including Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. There is also complimentary breakfast which includes: a package of croissants, some bread, milk, package of small jams, butter, eggs, a bottle of juice and Evian water (enough for a solid breakfast). The host welcomed us kindly, showed us the apartment and gave us all the necessary information.
Negative: I was very unpleasantly surprised to find that it was actually a studio, not a one-bedroom apartment, as advertised on Booking.com. My reservation clearly stated that the apartment consisted of 1 living room and 1 separate bedroom. In reality, it turned out that there was only one room. The beds are very uncomfortable. Room, as well as the whole building needs major renovation. However, this was not a problem for me, but misleading advertising was. There is no excuse for that.

Positive: You can’t get a better location - your balcony opens to Champ elysees - literally… you are above and living on the promenade where all tourists come … it’s literally the heart of Paris - Eiffel Tower directly in front of you and Arc de triomphe to your right - absolutely amazing. Special shoutout to Mohammed - who is an absolute gentleman and will communicate smoothly and is very very courteous and will be there to help and assist with whatever you need. Thanks a lot and I will be back soon

Positive: Our stay in Champs-Élysées in Paris was amazing! The apartment had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées. It was in the fourth floor of a building located just on Champs-Élysées. The apartment is cozy and the big and nice bathtub was wonderful bouns. The host was generous and ensured, everything went smoothly, including our departure, he made sure our departure is safe. Breakfast was delicious and included everything we requested. I will definitely choose this place again next time. Thanks again to Muhammad!
