Positive: Tracy was very accomodating and flexible, she was waiting for me when I arrived even though I checked it earlier that the hotel time. We communicated via WeChat which was smooth and east to communicate. The hotel location was good and easy access to nearby shops and few kilometres from the main city center. You can pick up a cycle from the corner and it would take less than 10 mins to reach the river.
Negative: The internet was not stable specially late at night around 9-10 pm

Positive: Very quaint, nice location close to restaurants, 15min from metro, quiet area with the locals, locals were always friendly, helpful and smiling at us. There is a bakery close by and a little general store. Seating area in lobby is comfortable with two little cats keeping everyone company. A microwave was also available for use. Check in was easy, payment with ali pay. Host was very nice and always reachable. Shower was absolutely phenomenal 10/10. Good pressure, very hot, lasted a long time.
Negative: Our room was downstairs in the entrance/lobby area with our window overlooking an outdoor seating area. We were there over the weekend. People walking in and out and chatting/laughing/smoking in the lobby and at the table sounded like they were in our bedroom all evening and night. One of the nights we got no sleep and had to tell the guests to lower their voice and their cell phones. I think guests do not realize there is a bedroom right there. Bed could be softer.
