Positive: Cool enough for two people, maybe with small kid also. Nice and clean. Well equipped.
Negative: Sounds easily heard from neighbors, but in general silent anyway. Just know, that you can be heard.

Negative: We would have liked more light in the apartment. There was no soap for washing hands. The TV had no channels, you can only use YouTube, Netflix if you have an account.

Negative: There is no entertainment - no terrestrial tv. So unless you have lots of streaming services (which I don't) - you can't even watch the news

Negative: Probably the reflection on the door and glasses could be improved if the curtains weren't drawn other people could see us. We could also hear the occupants of the other studios - slightly , but that probably cannot be easily addressed. In the morning, a seagull woke us up like an alarm,banging on the window haha 😂, which was funny and more effective than coffee ☕. Overall, great studio, nice host, and modern amenities

Positive: The apartment is in a good location. You could reach the centre in 10 minutes by walking. It was extremely clean, except the fridge, there were some weird green spots left. The bed was really comfortable, I liked that you can freely move the table. Wifi was fast. The shower cabin didn’t cause any issues. There were some toiletries, so if you don’t have your own - you don’t need to buy it. Even the coffee was delicious. If you’re staying in Rotterdam for a shorter time, this place is perfect.
Negative: I didn’t like those green spots in the fridge, but again, everything else was very very clean! Also, the tv is quite slow, but if you are not in the rush to watch some Netflix - than there is no problem.

Positive: Comfortable and modern apartment that has everything you need for a short stay in the city. Location is great, you can reach central station and Market Hall within 15 minutes walk. There is also a tram station nearby. Albert-Heijn is very close, so you can buy food and drinks. Inside the room you can find a microwave, kettle and coffee maker. It was quite handy for us. Communication with the owner was easy, always got fast replies and anything we needed. Check-in and check-out was super easy, we were provided with good instructions how to use the e-code to open and close the door. The area nearby is clean, quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay.
Negative: When we arrived it was very cold in the room. We turned on the portable heater which was very weak and after 7 hours of work it was still cold in the room when it was +5C outside. Then we contacted the landlord and she adjusted something remotely, so the heater mode got improved and it became much warmer in the room. So, the problem was fixed.

Positive: the location was wonderful. 2 minutes walk and you reach supermarket "Albert Heijin" [but they do not accept visa] and 8-10minutes nice walk through greenery and you are at another supermarket "Lidl". The room was very cozy. One can prepare their own food. Ms Fatima the owner always replies to your queries or questions. Bedaknt / Merci Beaucoup Madame Fatima
Negative: The shower is too small. [but functional] I am 186cms in height. Wonder how tall Europeans who are 190+ or who have bulky body manage in that shower. The room heater was optimally good but could have been a little bigger. Otherwise there is nothing to dislike.
Summary: Will surely stay there again in next visit. [no doubt / no second thoughts about that]
