Positive: We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, with plenty of dishes, good quality pots and pans, large fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The dining table inside was a bonus, as this gives the option for having a meal either indoors or outside on the roof terrace. The terrace upstairs was great. Plenty of closet space in the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well. We had a car and parking was not a problem, as there is a private parking lot for use in this complex. Centrally located for visiting sights in and around Alicante, including historic towns and cities, castles, beaches and areas of natural beauty. The beach area of Gran Alicant is nearby and lovely. Small supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Large Mercadona, Lidl etc. a few minutes away by car. Our contact, Angela, was very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
