Positive: Everything was prepared beforehand from the beds to AC. Labelled everything in Japanese and English. Came with complementary tea, coffee, water, basic cooking spices and a welcome snack. Easy to get to by car.

Positive: Great 2nd story “Mother-in-law’s” apartment. Clean, well maintained, with several freebies thrown in.
Negative: My only complaint (which is not their fault) is that the address doesn’t work with Google maps and was inconsistent with Apple Maps.

Positive: Owner was fantastic, extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and just such a great person. Close to super market, laundromat, train station for trips out. Great locations within walking distance. Was nice to feel like a local.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Host was super friendly and offered to pick us up or drop us off at the train station. Everything was clean. It was fully equipped for cooking. There was some soups and teas for warm drinks. The best part was the kotatsu (heated table). The beds were comfy and the blankets were nice and warm. We had a little hiccup with getting hot water but the host helped us get it fixed.
Negative: Not the closest to the train station.

Positive: The location was accesible by bus (from Fukui station) or Echizen Railway (train stop was about 8mins walk). The place was clean and tidy. The host was very meticulous and had provided instructions in English. The shower/bathroom were clean and amenities were sufficient.
Summary: Very happy with the accomodation, highly recommend.

Positive: Easy to communicate with the owner and he allowed us to do the check in earlier than expected, they was great. And the place was bigger than we thought. Huge and warm blanket in front of the TV ready for us, that was perfect.
