Ranch style home located on 85 acre working farm. Located in the heart of the Bluegrass region. Located on Georgetown Rd. in Fayette county, the home is 1.4 miles from the KY Horse Park, and just minutes away from Keeneland, Fasig Tipton, Castleton Lyons, Cobra, Spendthrift, Dixianna, Mt. Brilliant, Far Away, and many other area horse Farms. If you are looking for a guided tour of the area this can be arranged as well.
House is easily accessible from I-75 and I-64, with driving times to Louisville and Cincinnati less than an hour and a half. Centrally located to Georgetown, Lexington, Paris, and Versailles.
House features one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, another queen and twin bedroom, and two full baths. Large fenced backyard with patio. Grill and lawn chairs provided. House has all new appliances, along with laundry facilities. House has horse theme through out. Large kitchen dining area and separate living room with Television.
House adjoins Hurricane Hall thoroughbred farm on one side. Offering beautiful views of the bluegrass. My personal farm adjoins the house on the back side producing tobacco, cattle, and hay. I hope you have a great stay, and love the bluegrass as much as I do!

Summary: The host was very good at communicating. The house was a great size with a large fenced in yard with a beautiful view of horses. It was very comfortable for our family including teenagers & fur babies. Would stay there again!

Summary: The house was a beautiful older home with what looked to be the original wood floors. The living room area and kitchen were spacious enough to accommodate four adults and two children without feeling cramped. The three bedrooms worked well for us. All of the furnishings were horse themed, and it was interesting to look at all of the pictures and such. The house was on a beautiful piece of property with a fenced in back yard, which our two dogs really enjoyed running around in. While you enjoyed feeling like you were in a very rural area, Georgetown and Lexington were both close by.

Summary: Perfect for a quick getaway. Great location right by highways and close to Lexington and KY horse park. Fenced backyard key for our dogs. Host was great. Old school charm.

Summary: The house was spacious and well appointed. The setting was rural with horses pastured down the private drive. The best thing was the communication and support of the host and his son who responded quickly and positively to our needs, requests, and questions. It was a very comfortable stay and the dogs appreciated being able to run in the fenced in backyard. Confidently recommend.

Summary: My family and I absolutely adore this property! Todd is an excellent communicator and makes the whole experience a breeze! The house is so comfortable. There is a lovely fenced in yard for furry friends and a great view of horses! So close to the Horse Park! Can’t say enough great things about this property and the host!
