We welcome 1 well-socialized, well-trained dog per reservation. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate in guest rooms or cabins for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
You'll have access to the entire two-bedroom apartment and heated garage.

2. No shoes inside beyond entrance area.
3. No smoking allowed: Any odor inside the condo will result in a $500 fee.
4. No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
5. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
6. Sewer: The property is on a plumbing system. The plumbing system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.
7. No professional or third party photoshoots allowed unless permitted with written consent from the Host.
8. Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 9 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
9. Check-out is at 11am. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge.

11. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.
