Summary: We came to visit our grandson at Florida Tech. The house was in a perfect location. The house itself was extremely clean and comfortable. We really liked that the primary bedroom was on the first floor. The layout was great and there was lots of natural light. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The pool area was so inviting. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Great owner/communication. The place was terrific, wish we found it sooner instead of staying at hotels when visiting our daughter at Florida Tech. Super clean with plenty of towels and dish-ware - great dining area with plenty of space. The pool was the topper - great place, great stay!

Summary: The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and it had everything we needed or forgotten and more! The pool was a bonus (even though we didn’t get to swim) and it is heated! The host was fabulous and responded quickly to any messages sent!

Summary: Yuliana was very responsive and did everything she could to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. We rented the house for two weeks and it checked all the boxes for our needs. The house was clean and comfortable and the pool and outdoor seating area was perfect for our July visit.
