Luxury one acre estate with large screened in pool with ceiling fans a lush backyard and outdoor shower, gas grill, entertainment area and patio set with fire pit - this home has even been used for filming commercials. Brand new central AC. Near all major equestrian events including WEF, the International Polo Club, airport, West Palm Beach amongst other hotspots for beaches, parks, dining and shopping whether its luxury stores or outlet shopping or a day trip to one of many beaches. Luxury ranch spanning over one acre near all major equestrian events and beaches with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all new furnishings with all of the amenities of home. Private horse trail entrance and a huge backyard with screened in large pool with pool games, outdoor games and indoor board games, this estate has it all and is close to WEF, polo events, equestrian events, shopping, restaurants and beaches while in a private upscale community of Wellington. We just added a brand new central AC to the home, a larger grill and disc golf! Host has access to a boarding facility in the area close by as well for horses off-site and can assist you with any boarding requests with an amazing facility in the area. Entire home is for your use only including there entire estate, screened in pool, backyard, driveway, attached garage with washer and dryer onsite with a washer and dryer that takes high efficiency soap and a laundry basket for your use as well as iron, ironing board and luggage racks and each bedroom has a Smart TV, cable, Netflix, alarm clock with USB charger, closet, hangers, beach towels, beach chairs, ice cooler and outdoor and indoor games as well as pool games. We just added disc golf and more outdoor games and a larger grill! We will be available any time via text or email and have an excellent housekeeping crew and maintenance man on call during regular hours. Code for entry will be wireless and guest count will be verified by staff before entering. Any violations of guest count or misrepresentation of throwing a party will be asked to leave immediately. Near all major equestrian events and the International Polo Club as well as Palm Beach and located close to major attractions and airport as well in an upscale private community on over an acre. Uber or Lyft can be used or a rental car as it is only 15 minute drive from the airport and near all attractions and areas including equestrian events, malls, beaches and restaurants. Swimming must be monitored at all times and at your own risk. Cameras outside in front yard and by back door for security only there are absolutely no cameras in home. Noise monitoring is installed not to record any conversations but to notify of any parties or loud music due to permit regulations. Pool is subject to servicing on a weekly basis and must be available to pool service maintenance please do not lock pool door or touch controls of pool. There is no street parking only parking in driveway and garage no parking on grass for 5 maximum cars. No parties or loud music or smoking in home at any time. 8 adults and 2 children max occupancy.

Summary: The property was great. The kids loved the pool so much. Everything was close by. The only downside was, there were so many rules about everything, we felt like we were walking on egg shells. While I realize the rules maintain the upkeep of the place,it just felt really overwhelming. I had the read the rules multiple times to make sure I didn't break any of them. Leanne was very responsive and quick to get back with us when we had any questions. So we did appreciate that.

Summary: Just returned from our stay at this property. The house was comfortable, spacious, clean, and had a great layout. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe with an excellent location. Summary: A very nice property! While my young daughter and I didn't have an opportunity to spend much time at the home, it was well appointed, clean and conveniently located, approximately 10 minutes from WEF. The home is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, so we felt comfortable arriving home late at night and departing early in the morning. It was probably more spacious than we needed but the convenient location and opportunity to spread out made it worthwhile. Thanks, Leanne!
