1 Bedroom House in Gilbert

A modern and comfortable casita in an upscale Gilbert neighborhood.
Separate private gated access with its own attached garage and laundry room.
A large living room with comfortable couches, a 50" size TV, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and High-Speed internet.
A large bedroom with a comfortable pillow-top large size bed with plenty of closet space and quality shades that keep the sun out so you could sleep late... There is another TV here with all the channels as in the living-room.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, a built-in microwave, a small cooktop oven, a toaster, an air fryer, a double cooktop range, a coffee machine and an ice maker. There are 2 bar seats next to the counter, There is a folding dining table in the laundry room in case you want to use it.
A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and drier. We supply laundry detergent and softener.
You have full access to our 1 acre backyard that has a newer heated pool, multiple sitting areas, a large propane BBQ and a fire pit. The pool and BBQ area are shared with the main house. Note that if you ask that the pool be heated, there will be an additional cost that varies based on how much propane is used for it.
Pets are welcome, there are no carpets to worry about. We ask that you tell us in advance if you bring a pet. There is a pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay (no matter if you bring more than one pet).
In some rare cases we had to ask for an additional fee for professional cleaning because of excessive shedding of fur on the furniture.
At the back of the property we have an RV Garage / Workshop building which we use for our hobbies. We do our best to be quiet and considerate to our guests.
We recently installed a tall fence for added privacy between the main house and the casita - it can be opened from either sides.

Summary: This Casita is very nice with lots of fun decor. The space was clean an inviting. The owner did anything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great ans we had quite nights to get a good nights rest.

Summary: We were in Gilbert for birth of our grand baby. The Casita is nice and I enjoyed the private access as well as being able to walk our daughters dog around the property. There is quite a bit of artwork, Knick knacks and collectables but as someone who grew up around "sentimental clutter" as my mom used to call it, I enjoyed the vibe.D&D from SoCal

Summary: Roy was very accommodating during our stay. He provided us with a fan that I asked for, and the casita had all the amenities we needed! The casita was behind our own gate and he provided us with our own remote to open the gate and close it. There was also a nice a garage to park our car! The house was very clean! We will definitely be using this VRBO again in the future!

Summary: Could be fabulous but too much “stuff” stored within the casita. It felt too crowded for a small place. Felt like too many items. Also, some dog poop that wasn’t picked up made it difficult at night to see and avoid when walking on the property.
