Regrettably, we are not a pet-friendly property. While we adore our furry friends, recent circumstances have necessitated a strict enforcement of this policy.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 8 AM (no loud noise or music).
We operate our units in an Apartment-Style Model, which means we do not offer typical hotel amenities and housekeeping services. We prepare our units with all the essentials to get you started, and guests restock from local markets as needed. On-site washer/dryers are provided for personal and accommodation linens. Additional cleaning services are available for a fee.
Due to South Florida's tropical climate, we perform monthly fumigation services on the 4th Friday of every month with a professional company. Access to all units is required for this service, but rest assured that the treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans.
Houzlet publishes listings on Vrbo; which in turn, allows tenants to instantly rent seasonal rentals. Houzlet’s properties are managed by licensed real estate agents. Although the property is an instant rental, it’s possible there can be another pending application. If the home is not available, we can offer you another suitable option or you can cancel for free.

The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
