Positive: The location is excellent - safe and convenient. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a nice view. Basic amenities are all provided.
Negative: A couple more rolls of toilet paper could be provided just in case, and the dishwasher doesn't clean very well. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about.

Positive: Great location, good price compared to other places especially for the practical location. Loved the view, waking up and reading a book with the sun coming up was so serene.
Negative: The place could do with a deep clean. Coming from someone with a very fussy eye when it comes to cleanliness. Dust everywhere, mould/mildew throughout the shower in the grout. Really needs a good scrub. We also stayed for several nights and only got provided with two rolls of toilet paper. And the reception area doesn’t service the apartment or take rubbish and didn’t hold our bags while we grabbed the key.

Positive: The property was well appointed, centrally located, soundproof, had an excellent view, the amenities were terrific, all was clean and comfortable.
Negative: As noted in other reviews, the key cards to enter and required to be returned were located in a lock box approximately 10 minutes away and required dragging one’s luggage through the city and up and down a steep hill. As a note to the owner, the grocery store directly across the street from the entrance at 35 Hobson has a few dozen similar-styled lockboxes that would make entry and exit infinitely more reasonable.
