Summary: Absolutely perfect stay! We got to the room about 8:30p, outside light was on, easy to get into the room and completely private entrance. Room was extremely clean, an almost full size refrigerator, great insulation so could not hear the homeowners at all. Great attention to detail, like extra towels, coffee bar, blankets, fan, space heater. 5 minutes to the main town area. If we come back to Bentonville we are definitely staying here again! Thank you for the great stay!

Summary: Beautiful neighborhood and only 10 minutes to downtown Bentonville where we spent most of our time. Private entrance on side of house and space was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was exactly as expected based on description/post. Remember to bring your own shower shampoo/soap, but otherwise everything we needed was provided (fridge, coffee, hair dryer, iron). Check-in/out was super easy. We’d definitely stay here again next time we return to area.

Summary: Lovely neighborhood. A few miles from downtown but not unreasonable. Super clean. Bright and inviting. Snacks and cold water was a very pleasant addition. Thank you!

Summary: It was a nice place to rest and take a shower. The owner was very accommodating and responded very well. The only thing i wish it would of had that it did not was a small refrigerator.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable for 2 nights stay for biking and hiking the trails nearby. Bed was ok but not the best, and a little tight in the room once we brought 2 bikes in. Quiet and nice area, no complaints at all, would stay again

Summary: I truly enjoyed my stay and wished I had stayed there longer. The only suggestion I could make is to get a nightstand or bed table. It would make hitting the snooze button easier lol. Look forward to staying again.

Summary: Absolutely everything was provided, even iron/ironing board. The area is so quiet & upscale. We could stay in for breakfast, had great parking, ice for drinks. The quality of workmanship 5* Complete privacy. No one bothered us for a minute & loved having until noon to check out. Loads of nice white towels. Great experience!
