LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION are said to be the three most important considerations in identifying desirable real estate. On Sanibel Island this can be further defined to VIEWS, VIEWS and more VIEWS in selecting your vacation home.
At our unit A203 at the Sundial Resort, we think we have a combination of location and view that can't be beat. The unit is only 25 feet from the beach, an amenity hard to find anywhere on the Island. Located near the elbow of the Island, the views from the beach offer both inspiring morning sunrises and spectacular evening sunsets. The beach is famous for the variety of shells that are found and the surf is generally gentle and slopes gradually, making for a great swim area, especially for small children. With limited development on both sides, the atmosphere of tropical remoteness and serenity is enhanced.
To maximize the unobstructed beach and gulf views from everywhere in the condo, there are 25’ of sliding glass doors that open to the 25' screened balcony (lanai).There is a master bedroom with a king bed and a sleep-sofa in the living room. This home away from home is sparkling clean and is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer, Wifi, and it is decorated in a tasteful Floridian theme. For your family's enjoyment, there is a 55” wall mounted TV with DVD in the living room and a 43” TV in the BR. There are beach chairs and a beach umbrella and beach toys.
We make personal use of the condo several weeks each year. As such, we furnish, decorate and equip the unit to the standards required to make it a comfortable second home. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find an ample supply of dishes, cookware, utensils, dishtowels and other kitchenware to meet all your needs. The dining room comfortably seats four and opens to the living room, the lanai and the spectacular ocean view. All linens and bath towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. We try to include a starter supply of many staples, so you don’t have to run to the store as soon as you arrive and don’t have to buy a month’s supply of something for a one-week stay. These include items like soap, toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent, paper towels and much more.
If you have never been to Sanibel, we believe you will find it to be a unique and tropical vacation destination. If you are a returning visitor, we invite you to consider our Sanibel home for your vacation. In either case, we believe you will be very happy with your choice.
SPECIAL PRICING: Inquire about last minute weekly reservations for savings up to 40% on a Sat-Sat stay. During the four weeks prior to any arrival date, I will discount an additional 10% each week. Summary: The property was exactly as described. We had one little issue with check-in and the owner was quick to respond and resolve the matter. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Lanai was nicely furnished with plenty of seating to watch both sunrise and sunset. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. We did have a couple of surprises at the beginning. First of all, the only key in the lock box was the emergency key. Once in the condo we found one key on the hook in the entryway and the second one we found in a kitchen drawer. The other surprise was that the two umbrellas in the closet had been destroyed and there was only rusted chairs. Fortunately, the owner allowed us to restock the items and also offered to compensate us for our trouble. We couldn't have asked him to be any more accommodating. We would certainly like to stay here on another trip to Sanibel. My husband and I definitely appreciated the owner's response to our concerns.

Summary: Stayed here with my husband and young adult son. The view was amazing, better than the pictures!! We spent more time on the lanai than we did inside the condo! The beach access was excellent—an easy walk to the beach. The location and proximity to the main road and bike trails was also a plus as we rented bikes and rode them everywhere. David was helpful and responsive to any questions we had before, during, and after our trip. We had a great stay here and would love to do it again!

Summary: The entire experience could not have been better. The owner was very friendly, professional, and informative. Upon arrival, the condo was sparkling clean and the view from the condo was breathtaking; just incredible! The king sized bed was very comfortable and we had everything that we needed throughout the condo to make this experience as a whole perfect. You are literally steps from the beach which was especially nice for my husband who has mobility issues. Overall, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish and plan to continue to book at this condo in the near future. Thank you!!

Summary: My husband and I have never stayed on Sanibel Island. Wow, we’re we surprised of how beautiful it was. We enjoyed biking pretty much everyday and the beach was so quiet. . The condo was beautiful as well. The only negative thing is the washer is very load in spin mode so if you do laundry do it when you are at the beach. It’s very hard to hear anyone talk when it’s in the spin mode. I would give cleanliness a 5 but I found a clump of hair in the shower when I went to take my first shower. Over all the place was just like the pictures showed. Beautiful!

Summary: I have stayed in three condos in this building over the years, and this is by far the best. It is the cleanest and has amazing updates. The decor and furniture are top-notch. Everything you could need is there. The storage closet downstairs has all the beach gear you need, too. Highly recommended, just stay away from my week in April. LOL.
